Joke:  Daddy reads some bedtime stories to make his son fall asleep. Half an hour later mommy opens the door quietly and asks: “And, is he asleep?” The little boy answers: “Yes, finally.”

Guided Deep Breathing:  Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 16 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds. Relax. Repeat for 3 cycles.
